Questions
Questions families ask about live-in care
What is the difference between live-in care and 24-hour care?
A live-in caregiver stays in the home and has regular breaks and a sleep period. 24-hour care uses caregivers in shifts so someone is awake at all hours. Our nurse helps you decide which fits.
Can live-in care replace a nursing home?
For many families, yes. Live-in care lets a loved one stay at home with daily help, as long as their needs can be met safely at home. Our nurse will talk this through with you honestly.
Is it the same caregiver every day?
It depends on your situation. Some families have one main caregiver, and others have a small team that rotates. We plan it with you.
How quickly can live-in care begin?
Call 609-360-6020. We will explain the next steps, starting with a nurse visit to your home.
