- We bill only for services that are authorized and actually provided, and we keep accurate, truthful records.
- We protect the rights, safety, dignity, and privacy of every client we serve.
- We deal fairly and honestly with clients, referral sources, and the public, and make no false or misleading claims about our services.
Reporting a concern
Anyone may report a suspected violation of law, ethics, or this commitment to e2i home care at 609-360-6020 or anup@e2ihomecare.com, to the attention of the President. Reports may be made anonymously, and anonymity will be honored on request. We do not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
